FUROSHIKI WRAPPING

This technique involves easy placement of paper and wrapping so it will come in handy immediately. The finished look is a simple one, so you can add variations to it as you wish.

Place the box in the center of the paper, and fold up nearest corner of the paper. As in diagonal wrapping, cover the paper on the left side over the box. The tip of paper exceeding the diagonal line ( dotted line ) from the two corners of the box should be tucked in. Do the same for the right side.

Repeat step2-3 with the other side, and fold the edge of the paper inside. This is the finished look, therefore, use a double sided tape placed under the wrapping paper, or a pretty sticker to hold it in place.
